Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لصنع غشاء منخل جزيئي كربوني carbon molecular sieve membrane يتسم بإنتقائية نفاذية مرغوب فيها بين نوع أول للغاز ونوع ثان للغاز، حيث يكون للنوع الثاني للغاز قطرًا حركيًا أكبر من النوع الأول للغاز. تتضمن العملية توفير مادة بادرة بوليمرية polymer وإجراء انحلال حراري pyrolysis temperature للمادة البادرة البوليمرية عند درجة حرارة للانحلال الحراري والتي تكون فعالة لإحداث تقليل إنتقائي لمعامل الامتزاز sorption الخاص بالنوع الثاني للغاز، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة الإنتقائية النفاذية لغشاء المنخل الجزيئي الكربوني carbon molecular sieve membrane الناتج. شكل 13.
