Способ ремонта деталей с открытыми поверхностными дефектами, при котором вокруг дефекта устанавливают ограждение, помещают в него экзотермическую смесь, зажигают ее, заливают дефект образовавшимся расплавленным металлом, а после затвердевания металла ограждение и образовавшийся шлак удаляют, отличающийся тем, что после установки ограждения на поверхность обрабатываемой детали контур ограждения на этой поверхности очерчивают термокарандашом, по следу которого определяют температуру подогрева зоны дефекта, ограждение снимают, устанавливают на подложку, помещают внутрь ограждения экзотермическую смесь со связующим веществом, утрамбовывают и сушат до затвердевания связующего вещества, зону дефекта подогревают до 200 - 500oС, устанавливают на зону дефекта по очерченному контуру ограждение с экзотермической смесью, на ограждение закрепляют выпуклую крышку с центральным отверстием и поджигают смесь через отверстие в крышке.1.
