Устройство для зацентровки заготовок под прошивку, содержащее транспортирующее средство, станину с наклонными направляющими, зажимной механизм, состоящий из клиновых губок, расположенных через 120o по отношению друг к другу, привода их зажима от гидроцилиндра и тяг, стержень с бойком, гидроцилиндр его вдавливания и упор для заготовки, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено смонтированным в расточках станины полым цилиндрическим корпусом, внутри которого расположен стержень с бойком, и установленной соосно с полым корпусом подвижной втулкой, а гидроцилиндры зажима губок одним концом связаны с подвижной втулкой, а другим закреплены на станине, кроме того клиновые губки шарнирно связаны с подвижной втулкой посредством тяг, одни концы которых подпружинены относительно подвижной втулки, при этом станина выполнена c окном для боковой выдачи заготовок.A device for centering blanks for firmware, containing a conveyor, a bed with inclined guides, a clamping mechanism consisting of wedge-shaped jaws located 120 o with respect to each other, drive them to clamp from the hydraulic cylinder and rods, a rod with a striker, an indentation hydraulic cylinder and emphasis for the workpiece, characterized in that it is equipped with a hollow cylindrical body mounted in the bores of the bed, inside which there is a rod with a striker, and a movable sleeve mounted coaxially with the hollow body, and the jaw clamp hydraulic cylinders are connected at one end to the movable sleeve and the other are fixed to the bed; moreover, the wedge jaws are pivotally connected to the movable sleeve by rods, one ends of which are spring-loaded relative to the movable sleeve, and the bed is made with a window for lateral dispensing of blanks.
