1. Способ переработки сушеного винограда, предусматривающий измельчение его, залив водой, сбраживание, отделение сусла от мезги и перегонку сусла с получением спирта, отличающийся тем, что измельчение сушеного винограда проводят перед заливом его водой, последний осуществляют водой с температурой 90 - 95oC в соотношении 1 : 2 - 3, после чего настаивают сусло на мезге в течение 8 - 12 ч, декантируют жидкую фазу, сбраживают, снимает с осадка, спиртуют до кондиций готового продукта, выдерживает в течение 1 месяца, осветляют и фильтруют с получением виноматериала, при этом после декантирования мезгу спиртуют до крепости 70 - 75o, выдерживают ее в течение 5 - 8 дней и прессуют c получением сусла, которое спиртуют до кондиций готового продукта и смешивают его с полученным виноматериалом перед его выдержкой, и твердой фазы, последнюю разбавляют водой и подвергают cбраживанию с последующим отделением сусла от мезги и перегонкой c получением спирта.1.
