Глушитель шума выстрелов из автоматического огнестрельного оружия, содержащий газовод с соосными входным и выходным отверстиями, соединенное с ним устройство для предварительного отвода пороховых газов с расширительной камерой и выходное устройство для выпуска пороховых газов, отличающийся тем, что газовод выполнен с гидравлическим диаметром, превышающим диаметр выходного отверстия ствола оружия, а устройство для предварительного отвода пороховых газов выполнено в виде наклоненного в сторону выходного отверстия газовода и соединенного с ним патрубка размещенным в его входной части плавно выпуклым профилированным элементом, другой конец которого соединен с расширительной камерой, на внутренней поверхности которой установлен слой материала с капиллярно-пористой структурой, заполненной жидким хладагентом, а в стенке камеры выполнено отверстие, снабженное пробкой: при этом выходное устройство глушителя выполнено в виде насадка с большим, чем у газовода, гидравлическим диаметром и с торцевой перегородкой на выходе, содержащей соосное со входом выходное отверстие, который соединен с газоводом посредством переходника в виде диффузора.1.
