Claims (20)
1. Катетер для удаления вредных отложений из кровеносных сосудов человеке, имеющий на своем переднем конце (12а) режущий инструмент, состоящий из статора (14) и ротора (16), приводимого во вращение с помощью привода (20а) вращения приводного узла (20), который снабжен на боковой поверхности лезвием (16d), а также оболочку (22), имеющую форму рукава, для отвода отделенных отложений, отличающийся тем, что ротор (16) охватывает участок (14а) статора (14) в виде наружного ротора и что на боковой поверхности участка (14а) статора расположено, по меньшей мере, одно противорежущее лезвие (14d), взаимодействующее с лезвием (16d) ротора (16) по типу ножниц.
2. Катетер по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что ротор (16) и участок (14а) статора (14) выполнены цилиндрическими, по меньшей мере в зоне лезвий (14d, 16d).
3. Катетер по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что на боковых поверхностях участка (14а) статора и ротора (16) расположены срезающие окна (14b, 14с; 16b, 16с), края которых выполнены в виде лезвий (14d, 16d).
4. Катетер по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что участок (14а) статора и ротор (16) имеют по два срезающих окна (14b, 14с; 16b, 16c), смещенных по окружности друг относительно друга на 180o.
5. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что лезвия (14d, 16d) проходят, приблизительно, в осевом направлении.
6. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одно лезвие (14d), расположенное на цилиндрической поверхности, выполнено волнообразным в осевом направлении.
7. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что лезвия (16d) ротора (16) являются ножевыми лезвиями.
8. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что ротор (16) в направлении к своему переднему концу (16а) выполнен, по меньшей мере частично, сужающимся.
9. Катетер по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что ротор (16) имеет на своей торцевой поверхности средство (16е, 16f, 16g, 16h, 16i) для разбивания или измельчения рыхлых и твердых отложений, например тромбов.
10. Катетер по п.9, отличающийся тем, что средство имеет торцевую поверхность (16g) и две граничащие и противолежащие друг другу наклонные поверхности (16е, 16f) и что торцевая поверхность (16g) имеет по окружности направленные вперед, выполненные в виде рога, выступы (16h, 16i).
11. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что статор (14) и/или ротор (16) выполнены из металла.
12. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что внутри гибкого приводного вала (32), предпочтительно через катетер (12), проходит направляющая проволока (24), предпочтительно независимо от катетера.
13. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что статор (14) соединен без возможности поворота и вытягивания с оболочкой (22), имеющей форму рукава и служащей в качестве оболочки катетера.
14. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что статор (14) выполнен с возможностью вращения или попеременного поворота в одну и другую сторону относительно своей продольной оси.
15. Катетер по п.14, отличающийся тем, что угол поворота статора (14) имеет такую величину, что с помощью режущего инструмента (14d, 16d) достигается угол обработки, по меньшей мере 360o.
16. Катетер по п.14 или 15, отличающийся тем, что статор (14) или оболочка (22), имеющая форму рукава, соединены с приводом (20b) колебаний, исходное число оборотов которого ниже числа оборотов привода (20а) вращения.
17. Катетер по любому из пп.13-16, отличающийся тем, что статор (14), имеющий форму гильзы, имеет на боковой поверхности своего конца, соседнего с оболочкой (22), имеющей форму рукава, по меньшей мере одно отверстие (14е), восполненное из пластмассы, для того, чтобы закрепить без возможности вращения и вытягивания выполненную из пластмассы и зажатую в статоре (14) оболочку (22).
18. Катетер по любому из вышеназванных пунктов, отличающийся тем, что ротор (16) соединен с передним концом (32а) гибкого приводного вала (32), установленного в оболочке (22), имеющей форму рукава, задний конец которого имеет возможность соединения с приводом (20а) вращения.
19. Катетер по п. 18, отличающийся тем, что гибкий приводной вал (32) выполнен в виде транспортирующего шнека или транспортирующего винта и навит спиралеобразно таким образом, что в рабочем положении отводит измельченные отложения в направлении приводного узла (20).
20. Катетер по л. 19, отличающийся тем, что направляющая проволока (24) проходит концентрично через гибкий приводной вал (32), выполненный в виде транспортирующего шнека или транспортирующего винта.
