Способ неразъемного соединения преимущественно цилиндрических деталей с плоскими соединяемыми поверхностями по методу диффузионной сварки, включающий помещение деталей в сварочную камеру, приведение в контакт соединяемых поверхностей и совмещение их контуров, эвакуацию объема камеры, нагрев деталей до температуры сварки, приложение к ним сварочного давления перпендикулярно соединяемым поверхностям и изотермическую выдержку свариваемых деталей в камере, отличающийся тем, что после приведения в контакт соединяемых поверхностей к деталям прикладывают давление, составляющее 0,4-0,5 от сварочного, нагревают их до температуры, составляющей 0,6-0,7 от температуры сварки и осуществляют взаимное перемещение свариваемых поверхностей в течение времени, равного 0,05-0,1 времени изотермической выдержки, со скоростью, обеспечивающей один оборот взаимного перемещения стыкуемых кромок, после чего доводят температуру в камере и давление на детали до сварочных значений.1.
