1. Пресс-порошок для изготовления углеродного материала, включающий каменноугольный пек, подвергнутый термообработке и последующему измельчению, отличающийся тем, что он содержит терморасширенный графит при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:
Каменноугольный пек - 80-95
Терморасширенный графит - 5-20
2. Способ изготовления пресс-порошка по п.1, отличающийся тем, что пек расплавляют, смешивают с терморасширенным графитом до получения однородной массы, которую подвергают окислению кислородом воздуха в интервале температур 250-350oC.
