Claims (1)

Способ получения углеродного сорбента путем карбонизации фенолформальдегидной смолы и последующей высокотемпературной активации, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения сорбционной емкости и механической прочности сорбента, перед карбонизацией фенолформальдегидную смолу наносят на хлопчатобумажную ткань и после пропитки ткани формуют заготовки горячим прессованием, карбонизацию проводят при 520 - 540oС до содержания остаточных летучих веществ 10 - 14 %, а активацию проводят при 900 - 950oC до обгара 35 - 40%.A method for producing a carbon sorbent by carbonization of a phenol-formaldehyde resin and subsequent high-temperature activation, characterized in that, in order to increase the sorption capacity and mechanical strength of the sorbent, the phenol-formaldehyde resin is applied to a cotton fabric before carbonization and, after fabric impregnation, the blanks are formed by hot pressing, carbonization is carried out at 520 - 540 o C to a residual volatile matter content of 10 - 14%, and activation is carried out at 900 - 950 o C to burn 35 - 40%.
