Композиция антиаллергического, противоастматического лекарственного средства, содержащая кетотифен и вспомогательные вещества, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве вспомогательных веществ она содержит кальция фосфат двухосновный двуводный, магний стеарат и крахмал картофельный при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:
Кетотифен фумарат - 0,36 - 0,6
Кальция фосфат двухосновный двуводный - 79,5 - 88
Магния стеарат - 0,5 - 1,0
Крахмал картофельный - Остальное
2. Способ получения таблеток, заключающийся в том, что смешивают порошкообразные ингредиенты, увлажняют полученную смесь, приводят влажную грануляцию, сушат полученный гранулят, проводят сухую грануляцию и таблетирование, отличающийся тем, что смешивают порошкообразные крахмал картофельный и кальция фосфат двухосновный двуводный, полученную смесь увлажняют раствором крахмального клейстера, а после проведения сухой грануляции часть полученного сухого гранулята опудривают кетотифеном фумаратом и магния стеаратом, полученную тритурацию смешивают с оставшейся частью сухого гранулята и полученную массу таблетируют.1.
