Claims (1)
- Способ консеривирования молока путем внесения в него растворов серебра, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения устойчивости молока при хранении, сохранения биохимических свойств, витаминного состава, в молоко перед пастеризацией вносят комплексное соединение серебра с бета-пиридинкарбоновой кислотой (никотиновая кислота, провитамин РР) с концентрацией ионов серебра, не превышающей ПДК для воды.
