SUBSTANCE: method involves simultaneous measuring and recording shape of line voltage level and of natural non-symmetry of supply line (neutral voltage), detection of first harmonic voltage for natural non-symmetry of supply line, detection of its real and imaginary constituents with respect to line voltage, division of said constituents by line voltage, connection of capacitor, which capacitance is ΔC, between one phase of line and earth, simultaneous measuring and recording of shape of line voltage and line neutral, detection of first harmonic voltage of neutral, detection of real and imaginary constituents of first harmonic of neutral line voltage with respect to line voltage, division of these constituents by line voltage and calculation of line capacitance and network transient period levels for line with insulated neutral wire. EFFECT: increased precision, simplified measuring procedure, increased safety, calculation of two basic characteristics, namely line capacitance level and network transient period. 1 dwg

Claims (1)

Способ относится к области электротехники, в частности к электрическим сетям, и предназначен для измерения параметров относительно земли электрических сетей с изолированной нейтралью. Способ позволяет существенно повысить точность измерения параметров электрической сети относительно земли при простоте схемы измерений и безопасности их производства и определить два основных параметра: емкость относительно земли и коэффициент успокоения сети с изолированной нейтралью. Сущность изобретения заключается в одновременном измерении и фиксации формы кривых напряжений линейного и естественной несимметрии сети (напряжения нейтрали), выделении первой гармоники напряжения естественной несимметрии сети, определении вещественной и мнимой составляющих ее по отношению к линейному напряжению сети, делении последних на линейное напряжение сети, подключении между одной из фаз сети и землей конденсатора, одновременном измерении и фиксации формы кривых напряжений линейного и нейтрали сети, выделении первой гармоники напряжения нейтрали, определении вещественной и мнимой составляющих первой гармоники напряжения нейтрали по отношению к линейному напряжению сети, делению последних на линейное напряжение сети и нахождения по полученным результатам емкости сети относительно земли и коэффициента успокоения сети с изолированной нейтралью.The method relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to electrical networks, and is intended for measuring parameters relative to the ground of electrical networks with isolated neutral. The invention consists in simultaneously measuring and fixing the shape of the voltage curves of linear and natural asymmetry of the network (neutral voltage), highlighting the first harmonic of the voltage of the natural asymmetry of the network, determining the material and imaginary components of it with respect to the linear voltage of the network, dividing the latter by the linear voltage of the network, connecting between one of the phases of the network and the ground of the capacitor, the simultaneous measurement and fixing of the shape of the voltage curves of the linear and neutral networks, the selection of the first harmony and the neutral voltage, determining real and imaginary components of the first harmonic of the voltage with respect to the neutral line voltage network, dividing the latter by a line voltage network, and for finding the results obtained with respect to ground network capacity and network sedation coefficient with isolated neutral.
