Предметом изобретени   вл етс  способ определени  полного сопротивлени  изол ции (по отношению к земле) трехфазных кабельных сетей низкого напр жени  с изолированной нейтралью без перерыва работы сети. Дл  осуществлени  предлагаемого способа пользуютс  только двум  измерительными приборами - вольтметром и амперметром и производ т только два измерени : измер ют потенциал фазы относительно земли при помощи вольтметра, не имеющего собственного потреблени  (например , электростатического типа) и ток утечки при коротком замыкании той же фазы на землю, после чего величину полного сопротивлени  определ ют путем делени  показани  вольтметра на показание амперметра.The subject of the invention is a method for determining the insulation impedance (with respect to earth) of three-phase low voltage cable networks with insulated neutral without interrupting network operation. To implement the proposed method, only two measuring instruments are used — a voltmeter and an ammeter — and only two measurements are taken: the potential of the phase relative to the earth is measured using a voltmeter that does not have its own consumption (for example, electrostatic type) and the leakage current during a short circuit of the same phase ground, after which the impedance value is determined by dividing the reading of the voltmeter by the reading of the ammeter.

Определение сопротивлени  производитс  следующим образом:Resistance is determined as follows:

Предлагаемый способ пригоден только при исправном состо нии изол ции.
