Abstract

FIELD: polymer fibers production. SUBSTANCE: fibers are found to be formed by simple way from solution of polyketone polymer via formation of thermally reversible gel from polyketone solution and solvent for polymer having melting point below 373 K, dissolving temperature of polymer exceeding 443 K. Thermally reversible gel is formed on cooling solution. Because of specific properties of solvent in combination with polymer concentration, and its intrinsic viscosity, on cooling, single-oriented thermally reversible gel is formed. Polymer crystallizes on cooling no matter solvent is present or not. Such amount of polymer is preferably dissolved that product of polymer concentration and [η]value exceeds 0.35(dl/g). EFFECT: simplified procedure.

Claims (1)

Преимущественно растворяют такое количество полимера, что произведение концентрации полимера и [η]0,5 ( обозначает характеристическую вязкость полимера) превышает значение, равное 0,35 (дл/г)0,5.It was found that the fibers can be molded in a simple way from a solution of a polyketone polymer by forming a thermally reversible gel from a solution of a polyketone and a solvent for a polymer having a boiling point of more than 443 K, a melting point below 373 K, and the temperature of dissolution of the polymer exceeds 443 K. formed by cooling the solution. Due to the specific properties of the solvent, in combination with the concentration of the polymer and its intrinsic viscosity, a constantly oriented, thermally reversible gel forms upon cooling. The polymer crystallizes upon cooling, optionally still in the presence of a solvent. Advantageously, a quantity of polymer is dissolved such that the product of the polymer concentration and [η] 0.5 (denotes the intrinsic viscosity of the polymer) exceeds a value of 0.35 (dl / g) 0.5 .
