Abstract

FIELD: chemistry of high-molecular compounds. SUBSTANCE: copolymers have epoxy groups at the range 2.19-3.87 wt.-%. Composition of an aqueous phase for suspension and emulsion copolymerization is identical to composition of an aqueous phase used in industry for polyvinyl chloride production. Copolymers can be used as thermostabilizing additions, films, coatings, paint and varnish materials. EFFECT: improved quality and property (thermostability, solubility, adhesion, strength).

Сополимеры винилхлорида, винилглицидилового эфира этиленгликоля (винилокса), винилоксиэтилового эфира глицерина и простых алкилвиниловых эфиров общей формулы:

n - количество звеньев в сополимере, n = 1500 - 2000;
A - алкильная группа, содержащая от 1 до 6 атомов C или циклогексильную, бензильную группы;
x = 0,81 - 0,93;
y = 0,07 - 0,035;
z = 0,015 - 0,010;
v = 0,105 - 0,025;
x + y + z + v = 1;
в качестве термостойких, хорошо растворимых материалов с высокой прочностью и адгезией, способных к регулируемому отверждению.
