Abstract

FIELD: oil and gas industry; production of chemicals for treatment of drilling fluids. SUBSTANCE: proposed method resides in subjecting reaction mixture to heating at temperature 60-70 C under stirring conditions, followed by condensing it at 80-95 C and by neutralizing it with caustic soda, reaction mixture having following composition, wt.%: lignosulphonate 94-95, formalin 2-3, sulfuric acid 3-4. EFFECT: proposed reactant improves filtering, structural and mechanical properties of clayey drilling fluids.

Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к нефтяной и газовой промышленности, а именно к производству химических реагентов для обработки буровых растворов. Техническим результатом изобретения является получение лигносульфонатного реагента, усиливающего свое влияние на фильтрацию и структурно-механические свойства глинистых растворов. Технический результат достигается тем, что в способе получения лигносульфонатного реагента нагревание реакционной смеси при перемешивании ведут при 60 - 70oС, далее проводят конденсацию при 80 - 95oC с последующей нейтрализацией едким натром, причем реакционную смесь берут при следующем соотношении ингредиентов, мас.ч.%: лигносульфонат 94 - 95, формалин 2 - 3, серная кислота 3 - 4.The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to the production of chemicals for processing drilling fluids.
