Abstract

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves steam-oxygen conversion of hydrocarbon raw materials, isolation of portion of carbon dioxide of converted gas and synthesis of methanol. Said raw materials are preliminary saturated till volume ratio of steam and gas is 0.4-0.7. Conversion is carried out when temperature of steam-gas mixture at inlet of converter is 260-300 C, and pressure 2.0 MPa, volume ratio steam and gas being 2.2-2.8. Removement of carbon dioxide is carried out by single-step washing, solution of monoethanolamine being used. The process takes place to factorial 2.05-2.2, it is followed by drying and compression of reaction mixture to pressure 8.5-9.5 MPa. Then synthesis stage is carried out. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method.

Сущность изобретения состоит в способе получения метанола, включающем парокислородную конверсию углеводородного сырья, выделение части двуокиси углерода из конвертированного газа и синтез метанола из окислов углерода и водорода, в котором исходное сырье предварительно сатурируют до объемного соотношения пар газ 0,4 - 0,7, конверсию осуществляют при температуре парогазовой смеси на входе в конвертор равной 260 - 300°С, объемном соотношении пар газ, равном 2,2 - 2,8 и давлении 2,0 МПа, удаление двуокиси углерода проводят путем одноступенчатой промывки раствором моноэтаноламина до получения факториала f = 2,05 - 2,2 с последующей осушкой и компрессией реакционной смеси до давления 8,5 - 9,5 МПа с подачей на стадию синтеза.The invention relates to the chemical industry, in particular to a process for producing methanol from carbon raw materials.
