Abstract

FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to electrochemical treatment of water to clean it and to adjust its acid-base and redox properties and catalytic activity in order to prepare detergent and disinfecting solutions. Essence of invention consists in that, in apparatus for preparing above-mentioned solutions via electrolysis of sodium chloride solution containing at least one electrolytic cell made of vertical coaxial cylinder and rod electrodes installed in dielectric bushings; coaxial ceramic ultra- filtration diaphragm installed in bushings between electrodes and separating interelectrode space into electrode chambers with channels in lower and upper bushings, respectively, to supply and withdraw solution being treated into electrode chambers; and power source with positive and negative poles connected with electrodes, supply line for solution being treated is connected with negative electrode chamber, negative electrode chamber outlet is connected with positive electrode chamber inlet with a special line on which means to provide possibility of withdrawing a part of degassed treated solution from negative electrode chamber is installed. A special line is also available on which container with catalyst (mixture of carbon and manganese dioxide particles) with inlet and outlet in upper and lower parts, respectively, is installed. Means for withdrawing degassed treated solution may be made e.g. in the form of separator with tangential inlet, and means for supply and withdrawal of solution under treatment are made as collectors provided with means for paralleling two or more cells. EFFECT: improved structure of apparatus and increased efficiency of process.

Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что в устройстве для получения моющих и дезинфицирующих растворов электролизом водного раствора хлорида натрия, содержащем по меньшей мере одну электрохимическую ячейку, выполненную из вертикальных коаксиальных цилиндрического и стержневого электродов, установленных в диэлектрических втулках, коаксиальной керамической ультрафильтрационной диафрагмы, установленной во втулках между электродами и разделяющей межэлектродное пространство на электродные камеры, с каналами для подвода и отвода обрабатываемого раствора в электродные камеры соответственно в нижней и верхней втулках, имеющим источник тока, положительный и отрицательный полюса которого соединены с электродами, линия подвода обрабатываемого раствора соединена с камерой отрицательного электрода, вывод камеры отрицательного электрода соединен специальной линией со входом в камеру положительного электрода и на этой линии установлено приспособление для обеспеченния возможности отвода части дегазированного обработанного раствора из камеры отрицательного электрода. Кроме того, на специальной линии установлена емкость с катализатором с входом в верхней и выходом в нижней части, емкость с катализатором содержит смесь частиц углерода и диоксида марганца, приспособление для отвода дегазированного обработанного раствора выполнено, например, в виде
сепаратора с тангенциальным вводом, а приспособления для подвода и отвода обрабатываемого раствора выполнены в виде коллекторов и снабжены средствами для параллельного соединения двух и более ячеек.
