FIELD: chemical technology, particular, devices for electrochemical treatment of water with the aim of its purification and regulation of acid-alkali, oxidizing- reducing properties and catalytic activity; applicable in production of detergent and disinfecting solutions. SUBSTANCE: the offered device for production of detergent and disinfecting solutions by electrolysis of aqueous solution of sodium chloride has, at least, one electrochemical cell made of vertical coaxial cylindrical and rod electrodes installed in dielectric bushes, coaxial ceramic ultrafiltration diaphragm installed in bushes between electrodes and separating interelectrode space into electrode chambers with intake and discharge of treated solution to electrode chambers having current source in lower and upper bushes. Positive and negative poles of current source are connected with electrodes. Mixer is installed on water supply line after device for dosing of sodium chloride into water. Mixer is connected with compressor for air supply. Devices for supply and discharge of treated solution are made in form of headers and provided with means for parallel connector of two and more cells. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, extended functional capabilities of the device due to increase of intervals of changing properties of anolite and catolite with simultaneous decrease of salt consumption.

Изобретение относится к химической технологии, в частности, к устройствам для электрохимической обработки воды с целью ее очистки и регулирования кислотно-основных, окислительно-восстановительных свойств и каталитической активности, и может быть использовано для получения моющих и дезинфицирующих растворов. Целью изобретения является снижение энергозатрат, расширение функциональных возможностей устройства за счет увеличения интервалов изменения свойств анолита и каталита, при одновременном уменьшении расхода соли. Сущность изобретения заключается в там, что в устройство для получения моющих и дезинфицирующих растворов электролизом водного раствора хлорида натрия, содержащем по меньшей мере одну электрохимическую ячейку, выполненную из вертикальных коаксиальных цилиндрического и стержневого электродов, установленных в диэлектрических втулках, коаксиальной керамической ультрафильтрационной диафрагмы, установленной во втулках между электродами и разделяющей межэлектродное пространство на электродные камеры, с каналами для подвода и отвода обрабатываемого раствора в электродные камеры соответственно в нижней и верхней втулках имеющим источник тока, положительный и отрицательный полюса которого соединены с электродами, на линии подвода воды после приспособления для дозирования хлорида натрия в воду установлен смеситель, соединенный с компрессором для подачи воздуха. In addition, devices for supplying and discharging the treated solution are made in the form of collectors and equipped with means for parallel connection of two or more cells.
