Abstract

Изобретение касается способа хранения и перевозки свежих товаров, например фруктов и овощей, в котором закрываемую обертку, сумку или мешок, например, из пластмассового листового материала заполняют свежими товарами; затем сумку или мешок закрывают и герметизируют, вводят газовую смесь, которая сдерживает гниение свежих товаров, во внутреннюю полость сумки или мешка через первое место на сумке; причем газ, выводимый из сумки, выводят через второе место; газовую смесь непрерывно подают в сумку или мешок в течение всего срока хранения посредством подвода снаружи к первому месту и удаляют из второго места, и/или сумка может быть загерметизирована в течение перевозки в первом и втором местах.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение касается способа хранения и перевозки свежих товаров, например фруктов и овощей, в котором закрываемую обертку, сумку или мешок, например, из пластмассового листового материала заполняют свежими товарами; затем сумку или мешок закрывают и герметизируют, вводят газовую смесь, которая сдерживает гниение свежих товаров, во внутреннюю полость сумки или мешка через первое место на сумке; причем газ, выводимый из сумки, выводят через второе место; газовую смесь непрерывно подают в сумку или мешок в течение всего срока хранения посредством подвода снаружи к первому месту и удаляют из второго места, и/или сумка может быть загерметизирована в течение перевозки в первом и втором местах.
