Abstract

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to level certification systems and is intended to test key condition of geodetic level under laboratory conditions. Proposed device is composed of solid base placed on foundation where autocollimator, vessel with liquid and tested level are mounted. Pentaprism overlapping half of entrance pupil of autocollimator is installed on mounting seat of objective. Level bubble of tested level is brought to center. Autocollimation image of mark is matched with mark of autocollimator proper by means of lifting screws with observation through eye-piece. Image of sighting mark of tested level should match this mark. Angular value of misalignment is measured with the help of scales of autocollimator. EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability of device. 3 cl, 1 dwg

Claims (1)

Устройство относится к области измерительной техники, а именно к системам аттестации нивелиров, и предназначено для проверки выполнения главного условия нивелира в лабораторных условиях. Устройство для проверки выполнения главного условия нивелиров состоит из массивного основания, устанавливаемого на основании, развязанном на фундаменте, на котором монтируется автоколлиматор, сосуд с жидкостью и проверяемый нивелир. На посадочном месте объектива автоколлиматора устанавливается пентапризма которая перекрывает половину входного зрачка автоколлиматора. Пузырек уровня проверяемого нивелира выводится на середину. Наблюдая в окуляр автоколлиматора при помощи подъемных винтов автоколлимационное изображение марки совмещается с самой маркой автоколлиматора. С этой же маркой должно совпасть изображение визирной марки проверяемого нивелира. Угловая величина несовмещения измеряется при помощи шкал автоколлиматора.The device relates to the field of measuring equipment, namely to certification systems of levels, and is intended to verify the fulfillment of the main conditions of the level in laboratory conditions.
