Abstract

Нержавеющая ферритная сталь с улучшенной обрабатываемостью, применяемая особенно в области обработки на прутковом токарном автомате, отличающаяся тем, что содержит следующий состав компонентов, мас.%: C < 0,17; Si < 2,0; Mn < 2,0; Cr 11 - 20; Ni < 1,0; S ≅ 0,55; Ca > 30•10; 0 > 70•10, при соотношении между содержанием кальция и кислорода Ca/O, составляющем 0,2 ≅ Ca/O ≅ 0,6, причем вышеуказанную сталь, после прокатки и охлаждения, подвергают термообработке путем отжига, придавая ей ферритную структуру.

Claims (1)

  1. Нержавеющая ферритная сталь с улучшенной обрабатываемостью, применяемая особенно в области обработки на прутковом токарном автомате, отличающаяся тем, что содержит следующий состав компонентов, мас.%: C < 0,17; Si < 2,0; Mn < 2,0; Cr 11 - 20; Ni < 1,0; S ≅ 0,55; Ca > 30•10-4; 0 > 70•10-4, при соотношении между содержанием кальция и кислорода Ca/O, составляющем 0,2 ≅ Ca/O ≅ 0,6, причем вышеуказанную сталь, после прокатки и охлаждения, подвергают термообработке путем отжига, придавая ей ферритную структуру.
