Abstract

FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: diffusion juice is purified using predefecation, settling, defecation and saturation 1% polyacrylamide in amount of 0.009-0.011% to juice weight is added to predefecated juice at pH of 9.5-10.00. The pH of juice is adjusted to 10.6-10.7 and directed for settling purposes. Mixture of slurries of predefecated deposit and 1st saturation deposit is treated with 0.1- 0.3% CaO, saturated to pH of 10.0-10.2 and filtered. The filtrate is mixed with predefecated decantate and directed to main defecation stage. EFFECT: more efficient purification process.

Технической задачей изобретения является увеличение скорости отстаивания преддефекованного сока и скорости фильтрования преддефекованной суспензии, сокращение времени пребывания сока в отстойнике, снижение цветности, содержания редуцирующих веществ и кальциевых солей в очищенном соке. Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что диффузионный сок очищают по схеме с преддефекацией, отстаиванием, дефекацией и сатурацией. В преддефекованный сок при pH 9,5 - 10,0 вводят 1%-ный полиакриламид в количестве 0,009 - 0,011% к массе сока. Затем доводят рН сока до 10,6 - 10,7 и направляют на отстаивание. Смесь суспензий преддефекованного осадка и осадка 1 сатурации обрабатывают 0,1 - 0,3% СаО, сатурируют до pH 10,0 - 10,2 и фильтруют. Фильтрат смешивают с декантатом преддефекованного сока и направляют на основную дефекацию.The invention relates to the food industry. It can be used to purify diffusion juice in sugar production. The filtrate is mixed with the decanter of pre-defecated juice and sent to the main bowel movement.
