Abstract

FIELD: water transport. SUBSTANCE: hull of the vessel has holes and hose connections in such position that drums are located between sides of vessel and cargo tanks on which two-chamber flexible hoses provided with painters are wound; provision is made for hose delivery mechanism with these areas which explode in an emergency after which hoses are thrown to sea like torpedoes and are fed to water surface by means of air pockets at the ends, after which they may be easily connected to reservoirs. All commands are fulfilled by radio signals of telecontrol system. Discharge of cargo is mainly effected by feeding the compressed air through two-chamber hoses. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

The invention relates to the field of technology of water vehicles, in particular the corresponding equipment, and describes a device and method for emergency emptying of bulk vessels in the event of a distress at sea, and openings and hose connections are provided on board the vessel in such a way that wound coils are placed between the sides of the vessel and cargo tanks on the drums, two-chamber flexible hoses with a sucker, a hose feed drive mechanism equipped with its own power source and an air cushion. In these places hatch covers are arranged that explode in the event of an accident. After such an opening, the hoses, like torpedoes, are fired in the direction of the sea, with the help of air cushions at the ends they are fed along with the falines to the surface of the water, from where they can easily be taken and connected to the tanks. All necessary commands are carried out by radio remote control signals. Pumping of the cargo of a bulk vessel is carried out mainly by the supply of compressed air through two-chamber hoses.
