Abstract
FIELD: rubber industry for rubber wastes processing, fuel-power complex - for energetic usage of rubber wastes. SUBSTANCE: known methods of rubber wastes processing negative features are high power consumption and big amount of harmful exhausts into surrounding environment. Method provides for usage of steam-gas mixture as working medium for rubber wastes thermal decomposition. The mixture composition has 98 - 85 mass % overheated up to 300 - 16000 C water steam and 2 - 15 mass % of produced after oil separation gas-shaped products. Besides before thermal decomposition rubber wastes are mixed with 3 - 40 mass % of oil. Besides wastes are mixed with oil by passing of gas-shaped products of decomposition through layer of wastes with their mass ratio of (0.05 - 1.62) : 1. Solid products of decomposition are mixed with 4 - 40 volumetric % of oil and press them into briquets under simultaneous heating up to temperature of 100 - 500 C by gas filtration . produced after separation of oil from gas-shaped products of wastes decomposition. EFFECT: decreased power consumption and amount of harmful gas-shaped exhausts and dust discharged into surrounding environment during rubber wastes processing.
