Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: Proposed method is, in particular, designed to be applied in manufacturing facing building parts. Invention concerns a method wherein magnesia binder is mixed with filler followed by tempering with bischofite salt solution. Method of invention is distinguished with that, before the mix is tempered, bischofite solution is preliminarily treated in magnetic field with strength 160-340 kA/m at solution flow velocity in magnetic field 0.6-1.5 m/s. Components are introduced into mix in following amounts, wt.-%: magnesia binder, 40-50; bischofite solution with density 1.17-1.22 g/sq.cm, 22-33; and filler, the balance. Preliminary magnetization of bischofite solution favors formation of denser and more fine structure of material resulting in 41% increase of bending strength of parts and more than three-fold increase of their frost resistance. Effect of preliminary magnetic treatment strengthens when, prior to be magnetically treated, bischofite solution is supplemented with hydrophobizing liquid or industrial-quality latex and cupric sulfate and also when bischofite solution is repetitively passed through magnetic field. EFFECT: increased strength and water-resistance of building parts.

Использование: для производства облицовочных строительных изделий. Обеспечивает повышение прочности и водостойкости строительных изделий. Сущность изобретения: способ включает смешение магнезиального вяжущего с заполнителем с последующим затворением солевым раствором бишофита. До затворения смеси раствор бишофита предварительно обрабатывают в магнитном поле напряженностью 160 - 340 кА/м при скорости течения раствора в магнитном поле 0,6 - 1,5 м/с. Компоненты вводят в смесь в следующем соотношении, мас.%: магнезиальное вяжущее 40 - 50, раствор бишофита плотностью 1,17 - 1,22 г/см3 22 - 33 и заполнитель - остальное. Предварительное омагничивание раствора бишофита способствует получению более плотной и мелкозернистой структуры материала изделий, благодаря чему возрастает на 41% прочность изделий на изгиб и более чем в 3 раза повышается их водостойкость. Отмечается также повышение более чем на 30% морозостойкости указанных изделий. Эффект предварительного омагничивания раствора бишофита усиливается при введении в него до омагничивания гидрофобизирующей жидкости или технического латекса и железного купороса, а также при многократном пропускании раствора бишофита через магнитное поле.Usage: for the production of facing building products.
