FIELD: building materials industry, production of building pieces from semidry mixtures by hyperpressing. SUBSTANCE: method provides for production of moulding mass, its loading into press-moulds, fulfillment of pressing operation with formation hollow cavities in building blocks, knocking-out of fresh moulded blocks, their lifting and transportation in accordance with process route, for example, to positions of heat treatment, stockpiling. Method allows to produce blocks of 140 - 160 mm height and 400 - 600 mm size with thin shape of "pit-bulge" type on block base used for mortarless block-laying. Press-mould is made two-sectional and knocking-out mechanism, that ensures reliable extraction of blocks in conditions of hyperpressures. In the case presence of new ties between press-mould members simplifies design, create conditions to realize optimal mode of pressing without increase of press and other facilities power consumption. Production line for realization of the method is composed of mounted in process sequence amplifying module, loading apparatus, moulding post, press and press-mould, reloader, pushing mechanism, receiving and stockpiling apparatuses. Line has collapsible mechanism, that has intermediate carrying building blocks member - reception troughs and base member - tray-collector, that are capable to be engaged with facilities of production line on corresponding process positions. Line also has mechanism of delivery of intermediate carrying members - receiving troughs for building blocks. Claims (1)

Изобретение относится к производству строительных изделий из полусухих смесей методом гиперпрессования. Способ включает приготовление формовочной массы, загрузку ее в пресс-форму, выполнение прессования с образованием пустот в строительных балках, выпрессовку свежеотформованного блока, съем его и транспортировку согласно технологическому маршруту, в частности, на позицию тепловой обработки, штабелирование. Отличительные признаки способа направлены на решение задачи изготовления блоков значительной высоты 140 - 160 мм и размерами 400 - 200 мм, имеющих тонкий рельеф на основаниях типа "выступ - паз", предназначенный для осуществления безрастворной кладки. Пресс-форма выполнена двухсекционной и имеет конструкцию механизма выпрессовки, которая обеспечивает в условиях гипердавлений надежное извлечение блоков, при этом новые связи между элементами пресс-формы упрощают конструкцию, создают возможность реализации оптимального режима прессования, заложенного в способе без увеличения мощности пресса и энергоемкости оборудования. Линия для реализации способа изготовления содержит установленные в технологической последовательности усилительный модуль, загрузочное устройство, формовочный пост, пресс и пресс-форму, перегружатель, толкающий механизм, приемное и штабелирующее устройства. Линия снабжена сборно-разборным приспособлением, содержащим промежуточный несущий строительные блоки элемент - приемные лотки и базовый элемент - поддон-накопитель, которые выполнены с возможностью взаимодействия с оборудованием линии на соответствующих технологических позициях. Линия снабжена также механизмом поперечной подачи промежуточных несущих элементов - приемных лотков для строительных блоков, а выполнение отдельных функциональных устройств, построение линии направлено на повышение производительности, качества, надежности при изготовлении строительных блоков, имеющих вышеупомянутые особенности, причем обеспечение этих показателей достигается в линии при сравнительной простоте конструкции.The invention relates to the production of building products from semi-dry mixtures by hyperpressing. The mold is made of two sections and has a construction of the extrusion mechanism, which ensures reliable extraction of blocks under hyperpressure conditions, while new connections between the mold elements simplify the design, make it possible to implement the optimal pressing mode incorporated in the method without increasing the press power and energy intensity of the equipment. The line for implementing the manufacturing method comprises an amplification module, a loading device, a molding station, a press and a mold, a reloader, a push mechanism, a receiving and stacking device installed in a technological sequence. The line is equipped with a collapsible device containing an intermediate supporting building blocks element - receiving trays and a basic element - a storage pallet, which are made with the possibility of interaction with the line equipment at the corresponding technological positions. The line is also equipped with a mechanism for the transverse supply of intermediate load-bearing elements - receiving trays for building blocks, and the implementation of individual functional devices, the construction of the line is aimed at increasing productivity, quality, reliability in the manufacture of building blocks having the above-mentioned features, and these indicators are achieved in line with a comparative simplicity of design.
