Abstract

SUBSTANCE: nozzle orifices are located in pairs in such position that each pair has one orifice on shut-off cone of nozzle seat and other in well of nozzle. Axes of these orifices intersect at some distance from nozzle body, thus providing for smooth distribution of fuel in combustion chamber in course of injection due to change of geometry of fuel jet spreading in form of hollow elliptical cone. EFFECT: improved quality of distribution of fuel in combustion chamber at injection stage; enhanced economical efficiency and ecological safety.

Изобретение направлено на повышение качества распределения топлива по объему камеры сгорания на этапе впрыска и улучшение топливной экономичности и экологичности дизеля. Заявляемое техническое решение заключается в том, что сопловые отверстия расположены попарно таким образом, что каждая пара имеет одно отверстие расположенное на запорном конусе седла распылителя, а второе - в колодце распылителя, при этом оси этих отверстий пересекаются на некотором расстоянии от корпуса распылителя, что обеспечивает равномерное распределение топлива по камере сгорания в процессе впрыска за счет изменения геометрии топливного факела, распространяющегося в виде полого эллиптического конуса.The invention relates to engine building, in particular, can be used in fuel equipment of internal combustion engines with compression ignition.
