SUBSTANCE: method for formation of fabric with warp varying density in longitudinal direction on loom includes tensioning of warp threads, their releasing, insertion and beating-up of weft, withdrawal of formed fabric, shedding by separation of warp threads into two systems, their moving in vertical plane and moving of groups of the second system of warp threads in horizontal plane to respective groups of the first system of warp threads. During shedding, in lifting and lowering of warp, weft intercrossings of weaves of derivatives from plain weave within the repeat of weft fabric pattern. EFFECT: reduced attrition of warp by loom guide members due to exclusion in operation of shedding of additional moving in horizontal plane, the groups of the second system of warp in zone of reed-heald that results in decrease of breakage of warp threads by 31.8%; higher efficiency. 3 dwg

The invention relates to a weaving derivative of the textile industry and relates to fabrics with a variable density basis. In the method of forming fabric with a variable density along the base in the longitudinal direction, including tension of the main threads, their tempering, laying and surfing the weft, removal of the fabric, yawing by dividing the main threads into two systems, moving them in the vertical plane and moving the groups of the second main system threads in the horizontal plane to the corresponding adjacent to them groups of the first system of the main threads, in the period of shedding when raising and lowering the warp threads are shifted in the horizontal plane of the weft intersections of the weaves of the derivatives of the plain within the rapport of the weft pattern. EFFECT: invention allows reducing abrasive effects on the main threads from the side of the loom guiding organs due to the exclusion of additional movement in the horizontal plane of the groups of the second system of the main threads in the thigh zone - remise, which allows to reduce the breakage of warp threads by 31.8%.
