Цель изобретения - повышение стабильности фиксации устройства в костной ткани за счет демпфирования знакопеременных нагрузок. Устройство содержит головку, шейку, ножку и разъемный вертикальный отдел. Шейка соединена с ножкой посредством шарнира с бочкообразной головкой, размещенной в цилиндрической впадине.
