SUBSTANCE: change and subsequent fixing of linear and angular parameters in construction of prosthesis in two mutually perpendicular planes are carried out with the aid of, common for linear and angular adjustments, four screw ensuring reliable fixing of selected adjustments in course of walking. Adjustment is effected without removal of prosthesis from stump. Change of angular parameters in two mutually perpendicular planes is carried out irrespective of each other and with no disturbance of set linear parameters. EFFECT: higher efficiency.

Claims (1)

Устройство предназначено для использования в протезах голени, бедра и после вычленения бедра и позволяет регулировать линейные и угловые параметры схемы построения протезов. Изменение и последующая фиксация линейных и угловых параметров в схеме построения протеза в двух взаимно перпендикулярных плоскостях осуществляются при помощи общих как для линейных, так и для угловых перемещений четырех винтов, обеспечивающих надежную фиксацию выбранной схемы в процессе ходьбы. Настройка схемы построения осуществляется без снятия протеза с культи. Изменение угловых параметров в двух взаимно перпендикулярных плоскостях осуществляется независимо друг от друга и без нарушения установленных линейных параметров.The device is intended for use in prostheses of the lower leg, thigh and after isolating the hip and allows you to adjust the linear and angular parameters of the prosthesis construction scheme.
