Abstract

FIELD: the offered device for gas sampling into a test tube can be used in sampling of compressed gases in testing the content of impurities (oil, moisture, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc) in them. SUBSTANCE: instruments and devices for testing of gases are mainly used for testing of gases at a pressure up to 40 MPa, in particular with employment of indicating tubes. The device for gas sampling into a test tube has a measuring chamber made in the form of a body with inlet and outlet connections and cover, nipple with O-ring seals located in the hole of the chamber body, pressed by the cover and having a thrust shoulder, inlet and outlet ducts communicating with the body outlet connections and test tube, for instance, an indicating one, placed in the measuring chamber and connected to the nipple with the aid of a flexible sealing member, gas flowmeter, connected past the measuring chamber in the direction of gas flow, shut-off and multipurpose valves. The offered device is featured by the fact that the multipurpose valve is connected between the measuring chamber and gas flowmeter, the test tube outlet end is connected to the nipple, and the body has one or several drain ducts connecting the measuring chamber hole to the atmosphere and positioned in the section between the nipple O-ring seal and the thrust shoulder: the area of flow sections of several ducts exceeds the area of the flow section of the body inlet connection of the measuring chamber. Besides, the diameter of the hole in the inlet part of the measuring chamber body exceeds the nipple diameter; the drain duct may be made in the cover of the measuring chamber body. EFFECT: improved operating characteristics, enhanced accuracy, rate and safety of test of gases.

Claims (1)

Предложенное устройство для отбора проб газов на контрольную трубку может быть использовано в технике отбора проб сжатых газов при контроле содержания в них примесей масла, влаги, окиси углерода, двуокиси углерода и др. примесей. Преимущественная область использования - приборы и устройства для контроля газов с давлением до 40 МПа, в частности линейно-колористическим методом с использованием индикаторных трубок. Предлагаемое устройство позволяет улучшить по сравнению с известными технико-эксплуатационные характеристики: повысить представительность отбора проб газов высокого давления, точность, скорость и безопасность контроля содержащихся в них примесей. Устройство для отбора проб газов на контрольную трубку содержит измерительную камеру, выполненную в виде корпуса с входным и выходным штуцерами и крышкой, ниппель с кольцевыми уплотнениями, расположенный в отверстии корпуса камеры, поджатый крышкой и имеющий упорный бурт, входной и выходной каналы, сообщающиеся с выходным штуцером корпуса и контрольной трубкой, например индикаторной, расположенной в измерительной камере и присоединенной к ниппелю с помощью упругого уплотнительного элемента, измеритель расхода газа, подключенный за измерительной камерой по ходу газа, запорный и запорно-регулирующий элементы. Отличие предложенного устройства от известных состоит в том, что запорно-регулирующий элемент подключен между измерительной камерой и измерителем расхода газа, контрольная трубка подсоединена к ниппелю выходам концом, а в корпусе выполнены один или несколько дренажных каналов, соединяющих отверстие измерительной камеры с атмосферой и расположенных на участке между кольцевым уплотнением ниппеля и упорным буртом, при этом площадь проходного сечения дренажного канала или суммарная площадь проходных сечений нескольких каналов больше площади проходного сечения входного штуцера корпуса измерительной камеры. A device for sampling gases to a control tube comprises a measuring chamber made in the form of a housing with inlet and outlet fittings and a cover, a nipple with O-rings located in the opening of the chamber housing, pressed by a cover and having a thrust collar, input and output channels in communication with the output a body fitting and a control tube, for example, an indicator tube, located in the measuring chamber and connected to the nipple by means of an elastic sealing element, a gas flow meter connected behind eritelnoy chamber during the gas shutoff and regulating elements. The difference between the proposed device and the known ones is that the shut-off and control element is connected between the measuring chamber and the gas flow meter, the control tube is connected to the nipple by the ends, and one or more drainage channels are made in the body connecting the measuring chamber with the atmosphere and located on the area between the annular seal of the nipple and the thrust collar, while the area of the passage section of the drainage channel or the total area of the passage sections of several channels is greater than oschadi passage section of the inlet socket housing of the measuring chamber. In addition, the diameter of the hole in the input part of the housing of the measuring chamber is larger than the diameter of the nipple, and drainage channels can be made in the cover of the housing of the measuring chamber.
