Abstract

FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle suspensions. SUBSTANCE: upper support 1 of suspension spring strut guide has outer housing 2 and inner housing 4 cured to outer housing through layer of ring rubber insert 3. Bearing 5 is installed and rolled in inner housing 4. Groove is made in lower portion of inner race 6 of bearing 5 at side of its inner surface. Upper cup 8 of spring 9 is fitted-in flush with surface by its support-and-centering flange 7. Ring-shaped rubber joint 10 with bushing 11 cured to its inner wall is press-fitted in seat formed by inner surface of inner race 6 and inner surface of support-and-centering flange 7 of upper cup 8 of spring 9. Shank 12 of rod 13 is secured in bushing 11. Support rebound stroke limiter 14 is mounted on shank 12 and pressed to upper end of joint 10. Lower end of joint 10 and lower end of bushing 11 thrust against washer 15 installed on step 16 made on rod 13. Compression buffer 17 is installed on rod 13 below washer 15. Изобретение относится к транспортному машиностроению, а именно к подвескам автомобилей. Задача изобретения - улучшение жесткостных характеристик опоры, особенно при эксплуатации автомобиля с полной его загрузкой в тяжелых дорожных условиях ( т. е. при максимальных ходах подвески колеса). Верхняя опора 1 направляющей пружинной стойки подвески автомобиля содержит наружный корпус 2, к которому через слой кольцеобразной резиновой вставки 3 привулканизирован внутренний корпус 4 с установленным и завальцованным в нем подшипником 5. В нижней части внутреннего кольца 6 подшипника 5 со стороны его внутренней поверхности выполнена проточка, в которую заподлицо запрессована опорно-центрирующим фланцем 7 верхняя чашка 8 пружины 9. В гнездо, образуемое внутренней поверхностью внутреннего кольца 6 и внутренней поверхностью опорно-центрирующего фланца 7 верхней чашки 8 пружины 9 запрессован кольцеобразный резиновый шарнир 10 с привулканизированной к его внутренней стенки втулкой 11, в которой закреплен хвостовик 12 штока 13 с установленным на его верхнем конце с прижатием к верхнему торцу шарнира 10, ограничителем хода отбоя опоры 14. Нижний торец шарнира 10 и нижний торец втулки 11 опираются на шайбу 15 установленную на выступе 16, выполненном на штоке 13. А ниже шайбы 15 на штоке 13 установлен буфер сжатия 17.

The upper support 1 of the guide spring strut of the vehicle suspension bracket contains an outer casing 2, to which an inner casing 4 with a bearing 5 mounted and rolled in it 5 is vulcanized through a layer of an annular rubber insert 3.
