Пигмент с высокими антикоррозионными свойствами получают по значительно упрощенной технологической схеме : в одном и том же аппарате сначала растворяют суспензию гидроксида алюминия (180 - 200 г/дм3 Al(OH)3 73%-ной ортофосфорной кислотой при 60 - 100oC, затем из полученного раствора осаждают трифосфат алюминия (ТФА) известковым молоком (70 - 90 г/дм3 по CaO) до достижения значения pH осаждения в пределах 4,5 - 6,5 с последующим перемешиванием, фильтрацией и сушкой конечного продукта.
