Abstract
Способ получения псевдоожиженного катализатора для оксацилирования олефинов и диолефинов, отвечающего формуле Pd-M-A, где М - Ba, Au, Cd, Bi, Cu, Mn, Fe, Co, Ce, U или их смеси, А - щелочной металл или смесь щелочных металлов, причем М содержится в интервале 0 - 5 мас.%, А содержится в пределах от более 0 до 10 мас.%, состоящий в измельчении предшественника катализатора неподвижного слоя для оксацилирования, содержащего Pd-M на неподвижном носителе совместно со связующим материалом псевдоожиженного катализатора, в результате чего образуется однородная суспензия, сушке суспензии с получением микросферических частиц твердого предшественника псевдоожиженного катализатора и возможной пропитке микросферических частиц раствором соли щелочного металла с получением псевдоожиженного катализатора. Такой катализатор особенно пригоден при получении винилацетата из этилена, уксусной кислоты и кислорода.
Claims (1)
- Способ получения псевдоожиженного катализатора для оксацилирования олефинов и диолефинов, отвечающего формуле Pd-M-A, где М - Ba, Au, Cd, Bi, Cu, Mn, Fe, Co, Ce, U или их смеси, А - щелочной металл или смесь щелочных металлов, причем М содержится в интервале 0 - 5 мас.%, А содержится в пределах от более 0 до 10 мас.%, состоящий в измельчении предшественника катализатора неподвижного слоя для оксацилирования, содержащего Pd-M на неподвижном носителе совместно со связующим материалом псевдоожиженного катализатора, в результате чего образуется однородная суспензия, сушке суспензии с получением микросферических частиц твердого предшественника псевдоожиженного катализатора и возможной пропитке микросферических частиц раствором соли щелочного металла с получением псевдоожиженного катализатора. Такой катализатор особенно пригоден при получении винилацетата из этилена, уксусной кислоты и кислорода.
