Abstract
Описывается способ предобработки природного газа под давлением, происходящего из эксплуатационной скважины, насыщенного водой и содержащего углеводороды и сероводород (НS). По крайней мере часть природного газа 1 в циклоне 5 вводят в контакт по крайней мере с частью рециркулируемого жидкого конденсата 2. Паровую фазу 6, содержащую НS и углеводороды, охлаждают в зоне 20, конденсируют и разделяют в сепараторе 3. Обогащенный метаном и обедненный HS газ 30 рекуперируют, тогда как конденсат 8 в случае необходимости после подогрева рециркулируют в циклон 5. Из нижней части циклона 5 рекуперируют жидкий эфлюент 7, содержащий воду, обогащенный HS и обедненный углеводородами, который снова вводят в скважину 10.
Claims (1)
- Описывается способ предобработки природного газа под давлением, происходящего из эксплуатационной скважины, насыщенного водой и содержащего углеводороды и сероводород (Н2S). По крайней мере часть природного газа 1 в циклоне 5 вводят в контакт по крайней мере с частью рециркулируемого жидкого конденсата 2. Паровую фазу 6, содержащую Н2S и углеводороды, охлаждают в зоне 20, конденсируют и разделяют в сепараторе 3. Обогащенный метаном и обедненный H2S газ 30 рекуперируют, тогда как конденсат 8 в случае необходимости после подогрева рециркулируют в циклон 5. Из нижней части циклона 5 рекуперируют жидкий эфлюент 7, содержащий воду, обогащенный H2S и обедненный углеводородами, который снова вводят в скважину 10.
