FIELD: materials handling; unloading of loose materials from closed storages completely or partially filled with loose material. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting column 16 whose lower end is secured in storage floor 25, and auger 17 hinge-connected to lower end of column to turn around horizontal axis of hinge joint from vertical position (i) in which it is arranged almost in parallel with vertical axis of supporting column, through intermediate angular positions (ii), position 54, into horizontal position (iii), position 55, in which it is arranged close to storage floor. Made in outer end of auger 17 is auxiliary arrangement 60 contributing to its rotation around vertical axis of supporting column. Auxiliary arrangement has closed track 61 engaging with upper surface of loose material when auger turns into intermediate angular positions. Auxiliary arrangement applies to auger a force directed forward and tangentially to circular trajectory of rotation of auger around vertical axis of column. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, enhanced reliability.
