Abstract

FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engine fuel system. SUBSTANCE: method comes to delivery of fuel-air mixture into cylinders with preliminary enrichment of air by ozone. Air enrichment with ozone is carried out at all operating duties. Concentration of ozone in air stream is 10-1.0% of amount of air. System for implementing the method has air duct 1, filter 2 with filtering element 3 and ozone generator 4 connected to storage battery and playing the part of barrier electric spark gap. Ozone generator 4 is installed after filtering element 3 in direction of air flow. EFFECT: improved combustion of fuel.

Claims (1)

Способ питания двигателя внутреннего сгорания заключает в подаче в цилиндры топливовоздушной смеси с предварительным обогащением воздуха озоном. Обогащение воздуха озоном производят на всех режимах работы двигателя, при этом концентрация озона в воздушном потоке составляет 10-5 - 1,0% от объема воздуха. Система для осуществления этого способа содержит воздуховод (1), фильтр (2) с фильтрующим элементом (3) и генератором (4) озона, подключенным к аккумулятору и являющимся разрядником барьерного электрического разряда. Генератор (4) озона размещен после фильтрующего элемента (3) по ходу воздушного потока.

The system for implementing this method comprises an air duct (1), a filter (2) with a filter element (3) and an ozone generator (4) connected to the battery and being a barrier electric discharge arrester. The ozone generator (4) is located after the filter element (3) along the air flow.
