They are preliminary moulded to required configuration then cellular-plastic is inserted between treated with glue material pressboard plates in produced frame. Изобретение относится к области мебельной и строительной промышленности и может быть использовано при изготовлении элементов каркасов кресел, диванов, профильных дверей при создании объемных изделий мебели сложных архитектурных форм. В качестве конструкционного материала используется бумажный сотовый заполнитель с шестигранной ячейкой и обкладки из картона, фибры или шпона. Возможна комбинация материалов. Для получения профильных элементов деталей мебели из бумажного сотового заполнителя, последний обрабатывается клеевым материалом, ориентируя клеевые полосы параллельно профилю изгиба, затем подвергают формованию в прессующем устройстве и выдерживают до полного высыхания (для элементов профильных деталей мягкой мебели). Для упрочнения кромок профильных элементов деталей корпусной мебели используются закладные элементы. Они предварительно отформовываются до нужной конфигурации, затем в полученную рамку вкладывают сотопласт между обкладками, обработанными клеевым материалом.
