FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: plant for air conditioning in performance of underground mining operations has, at least, one unit for cooling mine air, and one ice-producing machine which produces suited for injection mixture from liquid and highly dispersed ice. Ice-producing machine is connected with the unit for cooling mine air by means of, at least, one pipeline. Ice-producing machine has reservoir with bundle of horizontal tubes distributed over cross-section of space for direction of cooling agent and connected with refrigerator for cooling agent. Introduced into reservoir hollow may be mixture fluid. Fitted on tube bundle for direction of cooling agent is, at least, one scraping disk having tubular holes for tubes. Scraping disk may reciprocate, over tubes for direction of cooling agent, by means of drive. During reciprocation the disk may scrape ice deposited on tubes for cooling agent.
