An animal semen freezing and storing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conveying component comprises a first driving bevel gear (17), a first driven bevel gear (18), a second rotating shaft (19), a fixing plate (20), a second driving bevel gear (21), a second driven bevel gear (22), a third rotating shaft (23) and a conveying blade (24), the first driving bevel gear (17) is fixed at the left side of the first rotating shaft (9), the first driving bevel gear (17) is in meshing transmission connection with the first driven bevel gear (18), the first driven bevel gear (18) is fixed at the top end of the second rotating shaft (19), the second rotating shaft (19) is in rotating connection with the storing body (1) and the fixing plate (20), the fixing plate (20) is fixed between the storing body (1) and the partition plate (6) and is positioned at the left side of the partition plate (6), and a second driving bevel gear (21) is fixed at the bottom end of the second rotating shaft (19) and is positioned at the bottom of the fixing plate (20), the second driving bevel gear (21) is in meshed transmission connection with a second driven bevel gear (22), the second driven bevel gear (22) is fixed at the left end of a third rotating shaft (23), the third rotating shaft (23) is in rotating connection with the partition plate (6), the right part of the third rotating shaft (23) extends into the discharge pipe (3), and a conveying blade (24) is fixed on the third rotating shaft (23).
