SUBSTANCE: invention makes possible preparation of feed with elevated nutritiousness from coarse plant raw material due to crushing straw in disperser, pressing out solid phase, and incorporating in it brewery dregs and nutritive mixture consisting of brewery yeast, residual protein, hopped wort producing the following content of components (in wt %): brewery dregs, 30-35; yeast, 7-10; hopped wort, 17-20; protein, 6-8; crushed straw, the balance. The mass is then sterilized at 120 C in two steps, primarily for 60-65 min and second time for 40-45 min 20-24 h later followed by inoculating the mass with mycelium of fungus Pleuretus ostreatus (Fr) Kummer, strain D-205 and culturing for 7-9 days. The invention allows to obtain fodder from coarse plant materials of increased nutritional value by grinding straw in a dispersant, squeezing the solid phase and introducing beer grains and a nutrient mixture consisting of brewer's yeast, residual protein, beer hopped wort in the following ratio of components, wt. %: beer grains 30 - 35; brewer's yeast 7 - 10; hopped beer wort 17 - 20; residual protein 6 to 8; dispersed straw, the rest followed by sterilization at a temperature of 120 ^o C in two stages, initially within 60 to 65 minutes, then again after 20 to 24 hours for 40 to 45 minutes and inoculating the mass with mycelium of the fungus Pleuretus ostreatus (Fr) Kummer, strain D- 205 and cultivation for 7 to 9 days.
