Abstract

Способ кодирования изображения включает в себя стадии определения значения нормализации сложности соответствующих макроблоков на основе сложности в пространственной области относительно входного изображения, вычисления суммы нулевых коэффициентов посредством осуществления операции дискретного косинус-преобразования на входном изображении и подсчета коэффициентов дискретного косинус-преобразования от -1 до +1, вычисления значения нормализации нулевых коэффициентов для соответствующих макроблоков в соответствии с суммой нулевых коэффициентов, вычисления переходной весовой функции для соответствующих макроблоков в соответствии с суммой нулевых коэффициентов и заданным отношением сжатия и суммирования значения нормализации сложности, значения нормализации нулевых коэффициентов и переходной весовой функции для получения масштабного коэффициента. Размер шага квантования коэффициентов дискретного косинус-преобразования регулируют в элементе макроблока в соответствии с масштабным коэффициентом. Таким образом кадры изображения, имеющего различную сложность, можно закодировать при постоянной скорости передачи битов, причем без ухудшения качества изображения.

Claims (1)

  1. Способ кодирования изображения включает в себя стадии определения значения нормализации сложности соответствующих макроблоков на основе сложности в пространственной области относительно входного изображения, вычисления суммы нулевых коэффициентов посредством осуществления операции дискретного косинус-преобразования на входном изображении и подсчета коэффициентов дискретного косинус-преобразования от -1 до +1, вычисления значения нормализации нулевых коэффициентов для соответствующих макроблоков в соответствии с суммой нулевых коэффициентов, вычисления переходной весовой функции для соответствующих макроблоков в соответствии с суммой нулевых коэффициентов и заданным отношением сжатия и суммирования значения нормализации сложности, значения нормализации нулевых коэффициентов и переходной весовой функции для получения масштабного коэффициента. Размер шага квантования коэффициентов дискретного косинус-преобразования регулируют в элементе макроблока в соответствии с масштабным коэффициентом. Таким образом кадры изображения, имеющего различную сложность, можно закодировать при постоянной скорости передачи битов, причем без ухудшения качества изображения.
