Abstract
Объектом изобретения является способ получения ячеистых полиуретановых формованных изделий с компактной поверхностью без использования фторхлоруглеводородов путем взаимодействия в закрытых формулах реакционной смеси полиизоцианатного компонента с содержанием изоцианатных групп, составляющим 18 - 33,6 мас.%, состоящего по меньшей мере из одного, в случае необходимости химически модифицированного, полиизоцианата или смесь полиизоцианатов дифенилметанового ряда, полиольного компонента средней гидроксильной функциональности 2 - 3, состоящего по меньшей мере из одного простого полиэфирного полиола с молекулярной массой от 2000 до 10000 и/или по меньшей мере одного сложного полиэфирного полиола с молекулярной массой от 2000 до 10000, по меньшей мере одного дифункционального в отношении реакции полиприсоединения изоцианата соединения с молекулярной массой от 62 до 1999 в количестве от 2 до 15% от массы компонента в присутствии порообразователя и других вспомогательных веществ, известных в полиуретановой химии. При этом в качестве порообразователя используют карбаматы общей формулы, приведенной в описании в случае необходимости вместе с другими свободными от галогена порообразователями.
Claims (1)
- Объектом изобретения является способ получения ячеистых полиуретановых формованных изделий с компактной поверхностью без использования фторхлоруглеводородов путем взаимодействия в закрытых формулах реакционной смеси полиизоцианатного компонента с содержанием изоцианатных групп, составляющим 18 - 33,6 мас.%, состоящего по меньшей мере из одного, в случае необходимости химически модифицированного, полиизоцианата или смесь полиизоцианатов дифенилметанового ряда, полиольного компонента средней гидроксильной функциональности 2 - 3, состоящего по меньшей мере из одного простого полиэфирного полиола с молекулярной массой от 2000 до 10000 и/или по меньшей мере одного сложного полиэфирного полиола с молекулярной массой от 2000 до 10000, по меньшей мере одного дифункционального в отношении реакции полиприсоединения изоцианата соединения с молекулярной массой от 62 до 1999 в количестве от 2 до 15% от массы компонента в присутствии порообразователя и других вспомогательных веществ, известных в полиуретановой химии. При этом в качестве порообразователя используют карбаматы общей формулы, приведенной в описании в случае необходимости вместе с другими свободными от галогена порообразователями.
