Abstract

FIELD: agriculture, mixed food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of brewery waste to the basic diet. Enriched food mixture has additionally beer yeast autolyzate, sodium chloride and food chalk and has the following composition, wt. -% per dry matter: brewery dregs 82.8; malt seedlings 7.5; grain waste 6.0; barley mixture 0.7; aspiration and polishing waste 0.5; beer yeast 0.5; protein sediment 0.3; hop dregs 0.2; beer yeast autolyzate 0.2; food chalk 1.0, and sodium chloride 0.3. This enriched food mixture can replace forage grain partially or completely or mixed food and protein deficiency (up to 50%). Proposed food mixture promotes gain increase in young animals (by 10-20%), improves meat quality, normalizes acid-alkaline equilibrium and calcium and phosphorus metabolism, increases dairy productivity in cows (by 15%), improves reproducibility and ecology near brewery plants. Способ приготовления корма для сельскохозяйственных животных, предусматривающий введение в основной рацион кормовой смеси из отходов пивоварения, отличается тем, что обогащенная кормовая смесь дополнительно содержит автолизат пивных дрожжей, поваренную соль и кормовой мел и имеет следующий состав компонентов (мас.% на сухое вещество): дробина пивная 82,8, солодовые ростки 7,5, зерновые отходы 6,0, сплав ячменя 0,7, аспирационные и полировочные отходы 0,5, дрожжи пивные 0,5, белковый отстой 0,3, дробина хмелевая 0,2, автолизат пивных дрожжей 0,2, мел кормовой 1,0, соль поваренная 0,3. Обогащенной кормовой смесью заменяют в рационах частично или полностью фуражное зерно либо комбикорм, а также можно восполнять до 50% недостающего протеина. Предлагаемая кормовая смесь способствует повышению интенсивности роста молодняка на откорме на 10 - 20%, улучшает качество мяса, нормализует кислотно-щелочное состояние, обмен кальция и фосфора, стимулирует гемопоэз, повышает молочную продуктивность коров до 15%, существенно улучшает воспроизводительную функцию животных и экологическую обстановку в зоне расположения пивоваренных заводов.The invention relates to the feeding of farm animals, in particular cattle and pigs, and can be used in the preparation of feed in the feed industry or directly in farms.
