Abstract
Протез двухстворчатого сердечного клапана имеет, по-существу, круглое клапанное кольцо 20, внутренняя окружность 21 которого ограничивает проточный канал 24 для кровотока, а также две, по-существу, полулунные створки 50 и 70 клапана, которые установлены шарнирно с возможностью поворота независимо одна от другой на общей оси 90. Обе створки 50, 70 клапана, в зависимости от направления кровотока, могут занимать открытое положение, по-существу, перпендикулярно к плоскости 44 клапанного кольца или закрытое положение, по-существу, в направлении плоскости 44 клапанного кольца, в котором обе створки 50, 70 сложенными поверхностями почти полностью закрывают проточный канал 24. Чтобы предоставить хирургу дополнительную возможность для воздействия на условия течения, предусмотрено, что ось 90 расположена эксцентрично, т. е. параллельно диаметру окружности клапанного кольца 20 и на определенном расстоянии от него, и створка 70 клапана имеет большую поверхность, чем створка 50 клапана. Предпочтительно створка 70 клапана с большей поверхностью закрывает примерно 55 - 80% попе - перечного сечения 25 проточного канала, а створка 50 с меньшей поверхностью может закрывать примерно 45 - 20% поперечного сечения проточного канала.
Claims (1)
- Протез двухстворчатого сердечного клапана имеет, по-существу, круглое клапанное кольцо 20, внутренняя окружность 21 которого ограничивает проточный канал 24 для кровотока, а также две, по-существу, полулунные створки 50 и 70 клапана, которые установлены шарнирно с возможностью поворота независимо одна от другой на общей оси 90. Обе створки 50, 70 клапана, в зависимости от направления кровотока, могут занимать открытое положение, по-существу, перпендикулярно к плоскости 44 клапанного кольца или закрытое положение, по-существу, в направлении плоскости 44 клапанного кольца, в котором обе створки 50, 70 сложенными поверхностями почти полностью закрывают проточный канал 24. Чтобы предоставить хирургу дополнительную возможность для воздействия на условия течения, предусмотрено, что ось 90 расположена эксцентрично, т. е. параллельно диаметру окружности клапанного кольца 20 и на определенном расстоянии от него, и створка 70 клапана имеет большую поверхность, чем створка 50 клапана.
