Abstract

FIELD: coal mining. SUBSTANCE: aim is to produce sort fuel and brick fuel by mobile aggregates and complexes directly in areas of extraction, to prevent or exclude losses of coal during transportation and storing, to increase quality of fuel. Method of open exploitation of coal deposits provides for extraction, transport and loading of coal directly from excavator in process of its continuous operation on mobile sorting aggregate mounted directly in face, where it is sorting coal by fractions. After that part of produced sorted coal is loaded by fractions into closed containers another part of defined by customer fraction and coal fine fraction are fed to mobile briquets packing complex located also in working and which is packing coal into fuel packs and briquetting of coal fine fraction and then load them in containers, that are loaded on railroad flat-car and directed to storages in places of extraction and consumption, where they are kept till usage. EFFECT: decreased coal losses in transportation and storing, increased quality of fuel. 2 cl, 1 dwg
