Abstract

FIELD: rubber processing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed rubber mixture on the base of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber comprises 2, 2′-bis(vinyl)benzimidazole (being used as modifying agent) except sulfur, captax, zinc oxide and technical carbon. EFFECT: improved tensile strength, increased resistance to tearing, dynamic stress and thermal ageing.

Изобретение относится к резиновой промышленности и касается разработки рецептур резиновых смесей на основе бутадиен-нитрильного каучука с высокой технологичностью переработки, которая может найти применение при получении вулканизатов с повышенной прочностью при растяжении, сопротивлением раздиру, хорошими динамическими показателями и сопротивлением тепловому старению. Технический результат изобретения - повышение прочности при разрыве, сопротивление к раздиру и динамическим нагрузкам, стойкость к тепловому старению. Указанный технический результат достигается тем, что резиновая смесь на основе бутадиен-нитрильного каучука, включающая серу, каптакс, оксид цинка и технический углерод, дополнительно содержит в качестве модификатора 2,2'-бис(винил)бензимидаэол.The invention relates to the rubber industry and relates to the development of formulations of rubber compounds based on nitrile butadiene rubber with high processability, which can be used to obtain vulcanizates with increased tensile strength, tear resistance, good dynamic performance and resistance to thermal aging. The technical result of the invention is an increase in tensile strength, resistance to tearing and dynamic loads, resistance to thermal aging. The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that the rubber mixture based on nitrile butadiene rubber, including sulfur, captax, zinc oxide and carbon black, additionally contains 2,2'-bis (vinyl) benzimideaol as a modifier.
