Abstract
FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: products: 2,2-di-(C-C-alkyl)- andtrans-2,2-di-(C-C-alkyl)-3,4-dihydro-3-hydroxy-6-(pyridine)-4-yl)-2H-1-benzopyrans of the formula (I): where: Rand R- H, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or alkoxyalkyl and at least of radical is distinct from hydrogen; R- 2-piperidinone group usually; R- H and R- -OH, or R+ R- additional bond and R, R- alkyl and R- H or alkyl; their N-oxides, esters and salts. Synthesized compounds were used as pharmaceutical agents as K-opening channel agents, bronchodilators and prophylaxis agents used for asthma treatment. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
