Новизна состоит в применении в качестве выходного трансформатора конструкции по авт.св. N 475671. Обязательным условием для работы является: подача на бесконтактный переключатель высоковольтного выхода 10 кВ/см отпирающего импульса 0,1 с и сразу же за этим на бесконтактный переключатель низковольтного, но мощного выхода импульса, после чего следует регулируемая пауза и процесс подачи импульсов на входы бесконтактных переключателей выходов и на вход управляемого ключа выходного каскада периодически повторяется.The invention relates to powerful pulse generators for working with plasma and providing a plasma mode of operation.
